Our add-on services are designed to give families extra support when everyday care extends beyond the home. These services can be scheduled as stand-alone visits or added to any regular care shift for a reduced fee.
Specialized Nursing Add-Ons
$3 per service, per visit (in addition to regular care fees).
Includes:
Minor wound care and monitoring (with primary care provider direction)
Medication management (under the client’s primary care provider)
Diabetic assistance (with direct PCP orders)
⚕️ These services require active nurse direction and cooperation with the client’s physician. Proper orders must be received prior to care. Due to the higher level of risk and clinical oversight involved, these services are billed as additional fees.
